Rachel Levenson travaillait auparavant en tant que responsable de la recherche pour l'IPA Zambie, supervisant trois projets de recherche dans la province orientale. Avant cela, elle a travaillé pour l'IPA Malawi et a effectué un stage pour un projet IPA en Ouganda et au Kenya. Elle est actuellement candidate au Master en administration publique en développement international (MPA/ID) à la Harvard Kennedy School.
